Bayou Dorcheat flooding near Springhill
Streamflow Situation from the network of monitoring stations of the US Geological Survey
Overcast and breezy Thursday in New Orleans, much cooler today, high around 61. NWS Shreveport reports cold weather, just above freezing at 35 F becoming 49 degrees with sunshine.
Flooding reported on Bayou Dorcheat near Springhill as of 430 am, a couple inches over minor flood stage with the rise trend slowing down. It looks like this flood will peak in a few hours. Calcasieu River is back to flooding near Glenmora as of 530 am, just two inches over minor flood stage at the writing of this report, rising.
