Tangipahoa Parish: Roseland is under a BWA following a broken water line Monday. The Roseland Water System serves 1521 residents from a groundwater source in watershed Region 7.

Hazardous Weather Outlook issued 636 am CST Wed Nov 20 by NWS Shreveport
This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Arkansas, southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas.

As much colder air moves into the region today, low temperatures across portions of southeast Oklahoma and southwest and south central Arkansas may drop to just above freezing by daybreak Thursday. No other hazardous weather is expected at this time.

Impacting Union-Caddo-Bossier-Webster-Claiborne-Lincoln-De Soto- Red River-Bienville-Jackson-Ouachita-Sabine-Natchitoches-Winn-Grant- Caldwell-La Salle-McCurtain Parishes in Louisiana

Streamflow Situation from the network of USGS monitoring sites in the rivers and bayous of Louisiana
Sunny, high 69 today in New Orleans Wednesday. Streamflows continue normal in the northwest rising up to much above seasonal normal to high in the west central watershed regions. East Louisiana flows run much above normal in the west half of watershed Region 7, shifting to seasonal normal levels in the east. Flooding continues in Calcasieu River near Glenmora in watershed Region 4, the water level here is up overnight by an inch or two. The Tensas River - Bayou Macon channel in Region 3 has stepped down from extreme drought to severe drought midweek. Region 1 west Bossier Parish remains below normal, all remaining area of Louisiana is drought-free.
